We allow cats and dogs with no weight limit. Maximum of 2 pets per home. One-time non‑refundable pet fee: $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets. Monthly pet rent: $45 per pet. Breed restrictions apply (certain breeds and mixes are not permitted).
