Awesome!!!
Really great with staying within our budget, did an excellent job breaking everything down. The units were BEAUTIFUL!! It makes you feel at home. The community is beautiful. Damon did an amazing service!

GREAT SERVICE!
Our leasing consultant, Damon, was absolutely amazing on finding the perfect apartment for us and our price range. Great showing and quick to answer all of our questions! Community and overall environment were also very beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend speaking to Damon on finding your new home at Solaire.

Maintenance Technician Kyle Sims replaced the handle and flapper on the toilet that had been running incessantly for a few weeks. GREAT JOB. Kyle was professional and courteous. He explained what he had done and did not leave a mess.

I’m so happy with this community! Ann is the sweetest and made the move in process so smooth. She’s on top of it! Damon is so friendly and Emir handled our maintenance request the very next day. It’s so refreshing being here since leaving our old apartment complex.
