From the beginning of my time here at Solaire, Kenny has made everything amazing. From getting settled in, to questions on anything we needed. Amazing property and amenities, 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I toured the property and a 2 bedroom unit with Kenny; we loved everything! The common areas were super clean and up-to-date/functional and we especially loved the gym because they had actual useful equipment not just the usual treadmill and few dumbbells. Not even getting into how nice the renovated unit was, it was the perfect amount of space for our family. AND Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great staff and luxury living? If it weren’t for us getting into a house we would have definitely chosen Solaire as our home. 10/10 recommend!

So I went in to tour some apartment options at this location. I got to say out of all the places I’ve toured, Kenny Sullivan was the most knowledgeable. He was very respectful as well! I’m still looking around but my choice might be at solaire apartments just because of him. It goes a long way when someone like Kenny treats you like a human being rather than another apartment tenant to meet a quota.

I’ve lived at the Solaire apartments for almost a year now, and like most apartments, there are occasional issues. However, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff truly outweigh those challenges. Emir, one of the maintenance team members, is absolutely awesome! He’s always super sweet and goes above and beyond. Just the other day, he stopped what he was doing to help me carry a heavy bag of dog food up the stairs after seeing me struggle in the parking lot. Small acts of kindness like that make such a big difference and show how much the staff genuinely cares about the residents.

Damon was amazing helped us out was super nice and super informative and transparent. Great social skills really awesome guy!
