First impression was how clean the property is . You are greeted by Beautiful flowers as soon as you pull in . There are no weeds , no overgrown , clean of trash . Maintenance supervisor Leonard is awesome along with the leasing agents and Management . Anything needed they are fast to accommodate and rectify any issues. 5 stars . ( the bbq grills are super nice here)

Maintenance request
My kitchen light went out and I suffer with poor eye sight. Thankfully Leonard responded to my maintenance request the same day. He worked to fix the issue. There were a few hiccups in the process but he continued to work on the light until it remained lit. I'm grateful, I will be able to see this evening! I appreciate Leonard's diligence.

This apartment is a very good place to live, quite clean and quiet. Manager Jacqueline Herrera is very responsible, whatever I ask she will take care of it as soon as possible.
